Three is better than one!
We've combined three products, each using our Ghana cocoa beans and artisan chocolate.
1) Recipe 260 is a Ghana 68% dark chocolate with light roasted cocoa that reveals subtle fruity notes within a classic chocolaty taste.
2) Recipe 261 is a Ghana 68% dark chocolate with dark roasted cocoa that highlights notes of roasted nuts within a classic chocolaty taste.
3) Nib brittle is similar to peanut brittle with cocoa nibs instead of peanuts. This batch uses our Ghana light roasted cocoa that has been shelled and broken into crunchy bits before adding to the brittle. Cooked in a 100 year old fire roaster copper kettle, our cocoa nib brittle is only available on special occasions, like now!
