NEW ORIGINS CHOCOLATE TASTING, Jan 23, 2 PM Pacific Time
Have you ever wanted to taste chocolate and give feedback direct to the chocolate makers?
This is your chance to help us decide which chocolate variety we bring to market!
During this event, we will lead the discussion and tasting multiple samples with varying roast and conche levels. You will receive a tasting kit that includes thirteen unique 70% chocolate variations made with cocoa from San Martin, Peru and O’Payo, Nicaragua. Samples are shaped into small molded beans (pictured above). You'll receive about 10 sample pieces per chocolate recipe variation.
Honest feedback during the tasting is highly encouraged. We will also share insights into the chocolate making process and answer any of your questions. This is a great behind the scenes peek in to what is involved bringing a chocolate bar literally from BEAN TO BAR!
