About Creating 100% Chocolate
Our 100% chocolate is crafted using traditional methods that have changed little in over a century. We begin by carefully roasting the cocoa beans, removing the shells to reveal the nibs, then slowly grinding the nibs in a stone mill for nearly three days. This slow process develops a smooth mouthfeel while preserving the cacao’s natural flavors, something we believe simply can’t be rushed.
