Medallions for Home Chefs

Our Chocolate Medallions are ideal for cookies, drinking chocolate or snacking.  One entire pound (16 oz) of artisan chocolate in various size discs are perfect for any recipe calling for chocolate.

We use a blend of our 70% O'Payo Nicaragua artisan chocolate to create these delectable morsels.
