Rob's Favorite Sipping Chocolate

This rich, thick drinking chocolate feels like you're sipping ganache.  Add more or less chocolate for your preferred potency.  

INGREDIENTS

8 oz (1cup) milk (dairy or non dairy)

4 oz Fresco Chocolate Medallions

DIRECTIONS

Heat milk to about 160 degrees (F), do not scald. Pour hot milk over chocolate.  Let sit 1 minute allowing chocolate to melt.  Hand whisk or mix using an immersion blender until blended.
