The O'Payo cocoa is cultivated in the Waslala municipality, nestled within the Bosawas Natural Reserve in Nicaragua's northern mountains. We source this exceptional cocoa through Ingemann Fine Cocoa, a key partner in Nicaragua’s sustainable cocoa industry. Ingemann connects over 1,000 cocoa producers to global markets, directly supporting more than 5,000 workers and their families.
