This chocolate was created with cocoa from the Mirasa Hills forest reserve region of south-central Ghana. Our partners, Three Mountains Cocoa, are purveyors of this exceptional organic cocoa. Our light roast combined with a subtle conche cycle highlights notes of brownies with subtle allspice notes.
