Our Story

Fresco Chocolate is a small, family-run business in Lynden, Washington, founded by Amy and Rob Anderson. Their journey began in 2003 with a 140-pound bag of Venezuelan cocoa beans and homemade equipment in their garage. By 2010, they had established a commercial kitchen at their home. Today, Fresco has earned over 50 national and international awards for their single-origin chocolate.
