Compare our 68% light roast Ghana bar with our 68% dark roast Ghana bar. You'll be amazed with the unique chocolate flavor notes created from roasting cocoa beans light vs. dark.

We've added all-natural peppermint candy bits to our Ghana chocolate. This delicious mix is hand blended and spread onto large sheet pans to cool. Next, we break the bark into large, delicious chunks for you to enjoy. Our peppermint bark is only made once each year and available in the month of December as a holiday treat.
